To verify your account, we require the following documents:

• MyKad or Passport: A copy of your valid Malaysian identity card or passport (both front and back)
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months (name and address must be clear)
• Selfie Photo: A selfie of you holding your MyKad or passport next to your face

Upload your documents in JPG, PNG, or PDF format through the "Account Verification" section in your dashboard. The review process is usually completed within 1–2 hours on business days.

No, each user is only allowed to have one account at MenangCuci. Owning multiple accounts violates our terms of service and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your account, please contact our support — we'll help you regain access to your existing account.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number or email, and we'll send you a reset link or OTP code. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive anything, check your spam folder or contact our support team via live chat for immediate assistance.

Log in to your account and go to the "Profile" or "Account Settings" section. You can update your phone number, email address, and other details there. For changes to sensitive information such as your name or bank number, additional document verification may be required for security reasons. Contact our support team if you need assistance throughout this process.

Rollover requirements vary by bonus type. Generally, the first deposit bonus requires a 20x rollover of the total deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, you need to wager RM4,000 before you can withdraw winnings related to the bonus. Cashback usually has no rollover requirements. Please read the specific terms of each promotion on the Promotions page before claiming any bonus.

Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time. You must complete the rollover requirements of your current bonus before claiming another. However, some promotions such as weekly cashback and VIP bonuses can run concurrently with other bonuses — this will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Check the page Promotions for full details.

There are several reasons why a bonus may not be credited automatically:

• You did not select the bonus when making your deposit
• Your deposit amount is below the minimum requirement for that promotion
• You still have an active bonus in progress
• This promotion has expired

If you believe you met the requirements but the bonus still hasn't been credited, contact our support within 24 hours after your deposit. Late claims may not be processed.
