Menangcuci Terms and Conditions

Welcome to menangcuci, an online casino platform operated and managed under a legally registered company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and menangcuci ("Company", "we" or "Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the MenangCuci platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you expressly agree to be bound by and comply with all terms contained in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are deemed part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the MenangCuci platform and we recommend you cease use immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and use the menangcuci platform, you must meet all the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not located in a country or region where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or banned player list enforced by any authorized body.
• Not registering on behalf of others or using another person's identity.
• Provide personal information that is truthful, accurate, and current at the time of registration.

Each player is only permitted to own one (1) active account at menangcuci. Ownership of more than one account by the same individual – even using different information – violates the terms and will result in termination of all related accounts.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials.
• Menangcuci will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Any activity in your account is deemed your own action unless you have promptly reported account theft to us.
• You must update your personal information if any changes occur, particularly your banking and contact details.
• Transfer of account to another party is strictly prohibited.

Identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. menangcuci reserves the right to request verification documents at any time as a standard security measure to protect players from fraud and money laundering.

Menangcuci supports multiple deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed automatically in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 for eWallet and DuitNow methods; RM 50 for direct bank transfer.
• All deposits must use payment methods registered under your own name.
• Menangcuci does not accept deposits in the form of cash, cheques or money orders.
• Any deposits suspected to originate from illegal sources will be blocked and reported to the authorities.
• Daily deposit limits may be updated in accordance with company policy and account verification level.

Menangcuci is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the stated timeframe. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours on business days, depending on the selected method and account verification status.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and will be credited to the same bank account or eWallet used for deposit.
• KYC process must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered under the same player's name.
• Menangcuci reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while investigations into suspicious activity are conducted.
• Wins obtained through methods that violate the terms may be voided without notice.
• Any taxes or legal liabilities arising from wins are the player's sole responsibility.

All bonuses and promotions offered by menangcuci are subject to their respective specific terms. The following general terms apply to all types of bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each player is only eligible for the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraud or misuse of the promotions system will be voided.
• Menangcuci reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
• Free bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

All games on the menangcuci platform use random number generators (RNG) independently verified by recognized international certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair.

• Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be altered once confirmed.
• Any technical disruptions during gameplay will be resolved according to established fairness policies.
• If a connection is lost during an active game, the system will automatically complete the game according to its predefined logic.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before starting a game.
• Betting values in games are subject to minimum and maximum limits set for each game.

To ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all players, the following actions are strictly prohibited on the menangcuci platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt platform systems.
• Identity fraud or use of false information during registration or verification.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, insulting or harassing staff or other players.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors for personal gain.

Menangcuci takes the protection of your personal data seriously in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All data you provide during registration and platform usage is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption at all times.
• Menangcuci does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with PDPA provisions.
• Use of cookies and other tracking technologies is subject to our cookie policy.

The menangcuci platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates flawlessly at all times, menangcuci makes no warranty that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or viruses.

• Menangcuci is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• MenangCuci's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Menangcuci is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection failures on the player's side.
• Any liability claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of incident.

A MenangCuci account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• By Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once KYC verification is complete.
• By menangcuci: We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts due to terms violations, fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who apply for self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds will have their access terminated and cannot be re-registered within the specified period.
• Not Active: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure in accordance with the prevailing policy.

Menangcuci is committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and transparent manner. If you have any complaints or disputes related to the platform:

• Step one: Contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within 48 hours.
• If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you may request a review by our management team within 14 days.
• Any disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.
• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Menangcuci takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously. We believe gambling is entertainment that should be enjoyed positively and in a controlled manner. Our platform provides various tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that players can set themselves.
